Stephen Rayfield is an extensively accomplished business executive with over thirty nine years of success in all facets of marketing; from development of products, to strategic planning, to new product development for billion dollar to million-dollar companies, quest speaking at international forums on marketing, and training all for Fortune 500 companies.

At an early time in my career I came to appreciate the real value of marketing plans in analyzing the real situation, developing sound strategies and programs and getting them done to drive increased revenues.

I am marketing strategy mentor, key note speaker and trainer. I drive ultimate business revenues and profits by creating strategic marketing plans through the use of unique models, strategic plans and personal mentoring.

My business experience spans Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, and International services. Plus a variety of real life products and services where I gained extensive hands-on experience in various marketing approaches. I now mentor others to create solid marketing programs and systems using the best marketing tools and techniques.

Yes, I am President of ESIL, a marketing consulting firm, which creates, and mentors product, brand and marketing managers, and Senior Management who manage or interact with key marketing programs. ESIL is a North American firm. I build ultimate business revenues and profits by inspire marketing leadership through the use of unique models, necessary templates and personal mentoring. This allows marketing to focus resources and achieve peace of mind in gaining real growth in their volumes, revenues, and profits.

I have consulted and developed marketing plans working for Fortune 100 companies such a General Mills; Ralston Purina; and Hiram Walker.  I have hands on experience managing a variety of major brands including: Cheerios; Dog Chow; and Canadian Club, as well as participating in new product launches for Nature Valley Granola Bars; Private Label Cereals; Sugar Bay Rum, LAV Shock Absorber tester and OmniPost Service.  The service areas of Canada Post Corporation, ISI Systems, Inc. and Teleglobe Insurance have also been covered.

My extensive hands-on experience in such business areas as Strategic Planning Cycles, Product Management, Sales Promotion Development, Competitive Planning, Marketing Plan generation, Training Program Creation and New Product or Service Systems Development provide me the way to help you.

Globally, I have delivered over 500 seminars, developed over 82+ seminars and my marketing materials have trained over 14,376 people with new skills. Each of my seminars and groups sessions are filled with practical tools that people can use as soon as participants return to their company. They help participants focus on key marketing business issues. Equally important they are tools that provide direction and decisions for working easier, faster, and smarter to generate real value.

My internationally sold marketing book, “WHY MY COMPANY NEEDS Integrated Marketing NOW!” is in its third edition. I wrote it after many people asked me for advice on “how to tell my boss why we need marketing!” I am the author of the upcoming book, “ I Spy . . . The Dynamic Stealth System to Attack Your Competitors and Capture Their Revenue”.
